Core Operations

Crime can be part of a character, but it should have motive, planning, risk, escalation, and consequences rather than constant action.

Department membership should raise the quality of scenes around you. Knowledge of procedures helps, but judgment, communication, and collaborative roleplay matter more than trying to copy every real-world detail.
